British Airways and British Airways Holidays have launched their end of summer sale, offering flight and holiday savings for travel in both 2023 and 2024. The prices are not brilliant, but with the current high prices, they are a few decent deals to be found.
In this post:
Sale offers
Running until 3 October 2023, there is also an offer to save up to an extra £300 on holidays, which you can read about along with holiday example prices in my other article. These can often be better value than flight only, particularly if you want extra tier points. In this article, I will be looking at the flight only offers.
In addition, customers who book World Traveller (long-haul economy) will have the option to upgrade to World Traveller Plus (premium economy) on selected routes for an extra £249 return. This gives you wider seats and more legroom, two meals and a complimentary bar service, priority boarding, more luggage allowance and an amenity kit made from recycled plastic bottles.
Executive Club members also have the option to save by paying with Avios, with examples including returns to New York from £173 + 36,000 Avios and Dubai from £179 + 62,500 Avios.
You can find the sale page here.

There are no direct flights in First to Denver or Phoenix. Long gone (though not listed, none to Las Vegas or San Diego anymore too).
BA still offers First fares to a lot of places with an internal connection onto AA usually. Extra tier points that way too!
