Radisson’s Great Escapes Sale: Save Up to 35%
The Radisson Great Escapes sale has just launched, offering discounts of up to 35% across the Middle East, Africa, Türkiye, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Southeast Asia Pacific. The list of participating hotels can be found here.
To be eligible for this offer, you must book a bed and breakfast rate before 27th March 2025 and stay between 24th March and 6th April 2025. If you’re planning a stay in this window, now is the best time to book!
Radisson Rewards members will receive an additional 2,000 bonus points per stay.
Looking at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort Abu Dhabi Corniche as a deal rate on 1st April for two people, the sale offers excellent value.
If you’d prefer a cheaper room-only stay or a non-flexible booking, you may find a cheaper rate outside of the sale period. However, the sale’s discount often makes booking a flexible rate with breakfast the better value, and you’ll also get the 2,000 bonus points.
For example, the same room for 1st-2nd May is available at a cheaper rate, but it’s non-flexible and excludes breakfast. Opting for the flexible rate with breakfast on these dates would cost £209.84.
Book your stay with Radisson here.
Emirates refitted Boeing 777 to Fly to London Stansted and Seoul
Emirates has announced the expansion of routes covered by its retrofitted Boeing 777 aircraft. The four-class aircraft features an award-winning Premium Economy cabin and a newly configured Business Class cabin.
Retrofitted Emirates Boeing 777 Departures
Dubai to Seoul: From 14th April 2025, Emirates will introduce the upgraded Boeing 777 on flights EK324/325, operating three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The only other Asian destination served by the upgraded Boeing 777 is Tokyo.
Stansted Flights: From 7th May, the retrofitted aircraft will also operate from Stansted, making it the third UK destination to benefit (after London Heathrow and Edinburgh).
Other European destinations already covered by the four-class Boeing 777 include Brussels, Geneva, Zurich, Vienna, and Athens.
A Better Onboard Experience
The upgraded Boeing 777 will give you a better experience, no matter what cabin you fly in, with a fresh new look and upgraded seating.
Emirates has introduced a sleek new look throughout the cabins, with a fresh colour palette, wood-finish touches, and stylish Ghaf tree motifs, adding a distinctly Emirates flair.
Economy cabins have up to 260 seats, spacious legroom, and sweeping ceilings that give a sense of space and light.
The Premium Economy seating is spacious, with generous extra legroom, deeper recline, plush cushioning and an enhanced dining experience.
With extra Premium Economy capacity, Emirates will offer 3,150 weekly Premium Economy seats by July on a mix of Boeing 777s and A380s across six key destinations in Southeast and East Asia, including Tokyo-Narita, Tokyo-Haneda, Osaka, Singapore, Seoul, and Shenzhen.
The revamped Business Class cabin now has a 1-2-1 layout, meaning every passenger gets direct aisle access. The seats convert into fully flat beds, and each comes with a personal minibar.

If you’re lucky enough to be in First Class, select aircraft now feature Emirates’ impressive Gamechanger suites. These enclosed suites offer total privacy with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, mood lighting, and even virtual windows. They also have zero-gravity beds and the latest technology.
This is the next step in Emirates’ ambitious project to refresh the interiors of 191 aircraft!

This sale is an excellent opportunity to save on summer travel. Although the savings aren’t huge, if you plan to book a flight with Aer Lingus, I suggest you do it before the sale ends! For the cheaper (usually early morning) flights, 20% won’t save you a great deal, but if you plan to book a popular route with a good flight slot, there are great savings.
