I stayed at the BodyHoliday St Lucia a few years ago and would consider going back. I enjoyed the inclusive treatments and the outdoor pools, beach and gardens. I thought the food and service was very good compared to the usual all inclusive standards. One thing that was particularly unique was the swimming waiters! They had giant floating sofas and rafts that you could lie on and the waiter would swim out with your cocktail!
I wasn’t overly keen on the room (single garden view room) as it was rather dated. However, the next room categories upwards from this look good so I would just avoid the single rooms. The hotel has some good offers at the moment, so if you are looking for a Caribbean spa retreat it may be worth a look.
In this post:
Rooms
Rooms have a balcony/terrace (except Single Garden View Rooms), air-conditioning, internet, mini-fridge, bathrobes and hairdryer. Most rooms only have a shower rather than a bath.
Activities
There is a wide range of included activities: t’ai chi, Pilates, yoga, meditation, fencing and archery. I tried archery which was good fun. Watersports include wind surfing, snorkelling, kayaking, paddle boarding, waterskiing, wake boarding and Hobie Cat sailing. There is also a wide range of daily fitness classes including yoga.
Dining
There was a good choice of dining with 5 restaurants, 2 bars and a wine cellar. Tao is the Far East style restaurant and Windows serves a tasting menu in the evenings. Generally standards were high with food and presentation.
What’s included
All Inclusive • All meals (some dishes carry a supplement) • Drinks including premium brand bar drinks and Champagne by the glass • A choice of daily spa treatments (excluding arrival and departure days) • Fitness classes • Personal instruction and tuition available for all sports • Motorised and non-motorised watersports • 1 beach dive daily (excluding Sun) • Nightly entertainment

This is one of my favorite hotels in the carribean! They also have theme months for the more energetic such as a yoga month where visiting coaches give more specialised sessions.
Yes and they do special singles weeks too for the unattached or people that fancy getting away from it all!
