Right now we’re coming up to peak travel booking season, and over the next couple of months BA reward seats get snapped up by Avios collectors even more quickly than usual. With that in mind, here’s some of the best BA reward seat availability right now, courtesy of Reward Flight Finder.
Short Haul
London Heathrow – Amsterdam
BA reward seat availability is jam packed between December 2024 and October 2025 at the moment – most days have up to 6 Economy seats and 6 Business Class seats to book with Avios.
London Gatwick – Bordeaux
There’s a tonne of reward seat availability between February and October 2025, with lots of dates showing up to 6 Economy seats and 4 Business Class seats.
London Gatwick, and London Heathrow- Faro
This one is so popular, it’s already starting to get booked up during peak times including May and August 2025. However, there’s still loads reward seat availability up for grabs between January and October 2025. Loads of days have up to 4 Economy seats and 6 Business Class seats to book with Avios.
London Gatwick, and London Heathrow – Ibiza
This is a popular route for families, couples, and friend groups alike – particularly in the summer months, but if you look at the moment, between February and October 2025 you’ll find a great selection of days with 6 Economy seats and 4 Business Class seats to snap up.
London Heathrow – Madrid
There’s an abundance of reward seat availability between December 2024 and October 2025 at the moment, with lots of dates showing up to 6 Economy seats and 4 Business Class seats.
London Heathrow – Venice
Between January and October 2025 you’ll see a fantastic stretch of Economy and Business Class reward seats to book. Many days have 6 seats to book in both cabins. Venice is a popular short-haul break however, so act fast on this one.
Long haul
London Heathrow – Dubai
London Heathrow – Johannesburg
Overall, reward seat availability for this route is exactly as we typically see – booked up! However, there are some spots of Business Class availability in August and October 2025, with quite a few days having 2 seats to book. Go, go, go!
London Heathrow – Mexico City
Between May and October 2025 you’ll see a lovely stretch of Business Class reward seats availability. Many days have 6 seats to book with Avios. There are even a few patches of First Class availability in May, June, August and September 2025, where you’ll spot days with up to 3 seats.
London Gatwick – Saint Lucia
This doesn’t happen too often, but between July and October 2025, you’ll find a really good selection of Business Class availability – with quite a lot of dates having up to 4 seats in the premium cabin. We typically advise you to set RFF Alerts for Business Class on this route, so if you’ve been looking to book a Caribbean break, head straight to BA.com immediately!
London Gatwick – Trinidad and Tobago
There must have been a very recent BA release of seats here, because right now you’ll spot an excellent selection of Business Class reward seats on lots of days between April and October 2025, with loads of days having up to 6 seats to book.

Katrina are you affiliated with RFF? This seems to be the only search engine that’s promoted on here now. Personally I’ve found it hopeless and get far more accuracy from SeatSpy, which never seems to feature on here?
