Park Hyatt London River Thames taking bookings
It’s been a long time coming, but it looks like Park Hyatt London River Thames is finally close to opening. It was originally due to open in 2022, but now the luxury hotel is taking bookings from 1 November 2024. Obviously, things could still slip as they have not formally announced an opening date, but the end is definitely in sight. Hyatt also just announced the senior management team for the hotel, which gives me confidence that we are getting there.
I am a big fan of Park Hyatts – you can read my review of the Dubai Park Hyatt here.
The new hotel is in Nine Elms, close to the new U.S. Embassy and not far from Waterloo. The hotel is between Nine Elms and Vauxhall tubes, each around 8 minutes walk. The area next to the hotel has plenty of restaurants and bars if you don’t want to venture far.
The good news is that I can see rooms from £490 which is very cheap for a 5* hotel in London. Prices in points start from 25,000 which is also not bad. If you want to get free extra perks with Hyatt Prive, our luxury travel partners GTC can help.
Hyatt Privé Exclusive Benefits Include:
-
Complimentary room upgrade, if available (confirmed within 24 hours of booking)
-
$25 – $100 USD or USD equivalent property credit per stay (conversion rate is determined by the hotel – credit amount varies by property)
-
Daily complimentary breakfast for 2 guests per day
-
Welcome amenity & letter
-
Priority for early check-in and late check-out, (subject to forecasted occupancy)
-
Priority for connecting rooms, if available (subject to forecasted occupancy)
-
Free WIFI
