35% off Preferred Hotels
You may not be that familiar with Preferred hotels, but there are a large group of independent hotels with good coverage worldwide. The group contains iconic hotels such as The Hollywood Roosevelt, the Fullerton Singapore, The Londoner and Half Moon Bay in Jamaica.
Their latest offer is for last-minute stays, but it is a decent saving and available for booking until 20 May for stays until 21 June 2024.
You will need to be a member of their iPrefer loyalty scheme but it is free to join here.
There is also a Mastercard offer giving a complimentary night for stays of four nights or more until 31 March 2025 when you book by the end of 2024.
You can find the offer page here.
Hyatt 20% Buy Bonus
Hyatt’s latest bonus is available when you buy 3,000 points or more in one transaction to get a 20% bonus by 1 July 2024. This the same bonus rate we have been seeing since October last year although we have seen as much as 30% bonus in 2022. So I would be happy to buy at this level if I needed to top up or it worked out cheaper than paying cash.
In order to participate in a purchase transaction, you must be a member for at least 60 days to purchase or receive Bonus Points.
Bonus Points can be purchased in increments of 1,000, up to 55,000 points per calendar year. The additional Bonus Points with this offer do not count towards the maximum limits.

I’ve just flown to Grand Cayman via Nassau on a BA 777-200 with a First Class cabin, and the entire cabin was empty because BA don’t sell First Class tickets on this route!
99% of the planes they use for.this route have a First Class cabin.
I would love to know their reasoning for this.
Me too! It’s so frustrating because I’m in Nassau right now and I had to fly virgin upper which is obviously a massively inferior product to BA first because it’s really just a business class. When I looked for BA first it said none available. Very annoying.
