If you missed our launch episode celebrity special featuring TV presenter Andi Peters, Sky News Reporter Jonathan Samuels and industry expert Paul Charles of the PC agency, you can find it below. They are all very regular travellers who gave me some fascinating insights. I chatted with them about their thoughts on what travel will bring in 2023 and what their personal travel plans are.

How come you can’t be bothered to provide a text version of your podcasts. It’s not always possible to listen to podcasts or you tube clips.
you’ve always been an excellent source of information but if this is your future direction you will be losing some loyal followers.
I think saying I can’t be bothered is a pretty rude comment. The idea was to provide something for a different audience who prefer to listen rather than read and almost all the information I use has been covered on the blog with the exception of some of the destination stuff. If I haven’t covered it, it usually means I will do something on it shortly.
No one has ever asked for it before, but I can certainly look into how easy it would be to provide a text version versus the cost and time of producing it. It sounds easy but when you speak you obviously say things like “um” and correct yourself. This means even if I use something like AI to transcribe it which is costly in itself, it would then require substantial editing afterwards. So it’s not as simple or cheap as it sounds.
Did you really mean to come across this way? This site is provided gratis to you and me and has been a veritable cornucopia of useful information, tips and hints since I first started visiting it. For myself, I’m immensely grateful that there is a ready source of information addressing many of my interests and it gets served up on a plate at nil cost.
And no, I have absolutely no relationship whatsoever with those who compile, write for, own or manage TLFL.
Thanks Anthony. I appreciate the support.
Hi Michele
Dare to be Different I enjoy your pod casts and thank you for the positive contribution you continue to make to the travel scene
I believe a concise written text of tte main Bullet points as a summary would enhance the podcast should you decide to implement
Take Care
